You'll need to pay an additional photographer travel fee of around 50 to 100 percent of their regular hourly rate if they're coming from outside of their local metropolitan area.

You spend a lot of time searching for the right prom dress or suit, hair style, and everything else you need to make this night perfect. You need to capture all that effort in an ideal photograph.
If you no call no show, you are forfeiting your booking fee and we will not schedule with you again unless your next session is paid in full when booking. Please be mindful that when we block off a time spot for you, we am holding that spot for only you. Therefore, we are not able to schedule someone else.

Graduation
Graduating is a HUGE accomplishment– and it should be celebrated! Taking graduation photos gives you the chance to really take in the achievement of graduation, and allows you to capture photos that will help you remember the moment forever. These are the photos that your parents are going to frame on their walls; the photos your grandparents will use to brag to their friends; the photos you’ll look back on after graduation to remember exactly how things felt in your last semester of school; the photos you’ll probably show your kids someday!
$70.00 is required upfront to reserve your date and is put towards your total session cost. This is NON-REFUNDABLE. No exceptions. This fee covers initial communication, all planning, location hunting, purchasing specific props for your session, and blocking off a specific time frame for your session.

There are many factors that go into planning a photoshoot including location, clothing, timing, crew strength, and makeup as well as what type of shoot will suit what outcome you want from the session.
RESHOOTS:
If Client requires a reshoot, Client will pay Photographer an additional fee of one hundred percent of the fee stated in the quote or invoice for the original shoot, plus all expenses for the reshoot.

Sessions
Basically put, a mini-session is a small version of a full session. Think of it as a small bite of a cake. It gives people the taste of a full session and keeps them wanting more.
